Description: A lady, wrapped in a partially sculpturally cascading drapery, rests on a divan in a classical pose. Resting her right arm on a shell-shaped armrest, her hand grasps a round mirror. With her left arm gracefully held, she adjusts a wreath of hair with her left hand, contemplating herself in the mirror. A tiger skin, spread out in a sculptural arrangement on the divan, flows down to the front, merging into a stylized tiger head. The divan, resting on a plinth, is surrounded by a frieze a la greque and features an applied vase body at the foot.
