Description: Round bowl with a bronze-colored, fluted rim, mounted on a faceted, spreading base above an octagonal base with an octagonal plinth.
Designed by I.I. Galberg between 1820 and 1840, produced at the Imperial Lapidary Factory in Yekaterinburg. The neoclassical form of the bowl and the use of malachite are typical of the work at Yekaterinburg, which was founded in 1751 and is the second of the Imperial Lapidary Factories.
