Description: Antwerp, circa 1660–1680
Blind wood: oak, spruce, and linden;
Ebony and ebonized pearwood, gilt bronze locks.
The chest lock and upper lock have been replaced.
The front panel consists of two doors with geometric motifs. Inside, there are 10 drawers enclosed by a central door. The doors are decorated with panels of ivory-colored silk embroidered with animal motifs in oval images, which are repeated in the panels of the interior doors. The hinged lid features a floral pattern and a central mirror. Two bronze handles on the sides.
