Edgar Brandt

Edgar Brandt (1880–1960) was a French decorative ironworker and designer, widely regarded as one of the leading figures of Art Deco metalwork. He became famous for his highly refined wrought-iron creations, including gates, screens, lamps, and architectural metal elements. Brandt combined traditional blacksmithing techniques with modern geometric design, producing works that were both functional and sculptural.
