Ernst Friedrich Herbert zu Munster

Ernst Friedrich Herbert zu Münster (1766–1839) was a Hanoverian statesman and diplomat who is only occasionally listed in art records as an amateur artist. Better known for his political role around the Congress of Vienna, he is linked to a few landscape views, including Derneburg Castle, reflecting aristocratic drawing culture, cultivated travel and estate-based visual memory.
