The bronze was cast by R. Patrouillaud Paris. The sculpture was exhibited in 1925 at the Salon des Indépendants, in 1926 at the Salon de la Samothrace, and is mentioned and described in the Journal des Arts of May 15, 1926. Mr. Pierre Kastelyn, an expert on the artist, confirmed its authenticity.
