Rectangular chalice body with bird decorations at the corners.
Standing on a rounded pedestal terminating in a rectangular base.
Boschetti exhibited two mosaic tables at the Great Exhibition in the Crystal Palace in 1851.
The Boschetti manufactory specialized in fine bronzes, mostly with ancient themes, based on models by important 19th-century Italian sculptors. Their productions, along with those of other Italian foundries, are distinguished by their exquisite and highest-quality work. The workshop receives an honorable mention in "Bonfiglio's Roman Artistic Dictionary of 1856.
